Oh my Fucking God

I think i've contracted some dirty skin problem and its damn damn scary.. There were very tiny looking bubbles ALL over my fingers man, i just kept staring at it with disgust.I tried scratching it to burst the tiny bubbles and then i bleed. Like what the fuck so scary... anyone had similar problem as mine? Is there a solution to it?? OMG.. SO SCARY...
